Just how about we settle for some of those publically funded and inspected and run childcare centers they have in Europe or the kind we had here in the States durring WW2. THe kind that were 24hr, had nurses for sick kids, dry cleaners, and even a cafeteria to send moms home with dinner. I kid you not; we actually had those.
